Today I did my first workout with 40kg sandbag. It is hard but very satisfying.

I think im sold on the sandbag training over other weighted training for now at least. Just seems like it kills it for functional strength

on the shoulder squat, which leg are you focusing on? I feel my opposite leg to feel more activated.

Awesome music BTW, Drowning pools.. one of my fav bands but seriously I'm trying to do squats but I don't know how far apart my feet should be?
I feel it in my buttocks am I doing it right?

I just don’t see picking up that much weight would be good for your lumbar spine. I’m an MRI tech, I see the effects of bad backs. Take care of your back.
