YOU COULD FAIL AS A WELDER WITHOUT THE RIGHT ATTITUDE

My attitude has helped me tremendously in getting opportunities others didn’t have. My attitude had also hurt me when it wasn’t good. Attitude is a huge factor in being a successful welder in our industry and working in the general populace. Make sure your thankful for what you have and not worry about what you don’t!

You're right. I can tell you how hard my negative attitude impacted me. I can be the best worker, but if my attitude was bad, my bosses didn't want to associate with me unless they had to, same for when I was in school. It's been hard to adjust, but when I catch it, I try to adjust it. This attitude doesn't have to be a chip on your shoulder type, but sad puppy dog needing someone to hold your hand type attitude, everyone hates it.

Hope You have / had great Thanksgiving,   I have had a bad attitude too long, & even today not as good as I want, but many times better than I once was, lived my whole life as a rough BIKER, & didn't put up with much. now  am a Christian & try to live good. However today I am bummed, as my Aunt died today, while I was there with family, but been expecting it, she was 90, but still depressed today.
