ECA's Hanan Morsy 'optimistic about Africa's solution-oriented youth'

The Deputy Executive Secretary & Chief Economist of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) was speaking during the official opening of the 2022 African Economic Conference (AEC), jointly organized by the ECA, the African Development Bank (AfDB), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Mauritius: 9 - 11 December 2022.
