Hey friends,

We're back today with a 30 min full body workout! I am so proud of everyone who is showing up and scheduling in their workouts for the week! When I schedule out my workouts for the whole week, it is such a game changer to help me stay motivated and show up. Remember how good it feels once you have finished the workout and lead with that feeling for the next workout.

I also want to take a moment to thank you babes for your support! I have a video coming out next week updating you on my platform and where you can find more workouts/programs next! So excited and grateful for all of you!

I enjoyed this workout but I found there were too many pauses mid set which ruined the flow for me because I like to sync up with the trainer. Love you Sami! 😍

Wow, that was good. I learned about you from Annie Jeffries. I just had to change up a couple of exercise; I’m 62 and pretty fit. At 62 though, you have a few lingering injuries. But I did it. Before starting I did a 12 minute warmup on the treadmill. Thanks for the workout! 🙏God bless.

Amazing workout. I'm subscribed to the app too but really find it helpful here that you can track the % of the progress, does help my ADHD enormously. I still like having the app though for the amazing food recipies and shorter lighter workouts

These 30 minute light weight, toning, sweaty, no repeats, are my absolute favorites! I’ve done them too many times now though so I need some variety. Anyone know any other similar ones they can recommend 🥰

So I am doing this workout for idk how long. Haha😅
Day 1 - ☑️ I am sweating hard but I didn't finish the burner part. I feel like passing out so I had to stop. But still, 20 mins is something!!
