Police officer injured, suspect arrested after shooting in Detroit’s west side

A Detroit police officer was shot in the hand while attempting to arrest a man in psychosis who had been reported earlier for erratic behavior. The incident escalated when the man, found at a gas station, ran away and resisted arrest, ultimately seizing the officer's gun and shooting him.
