Is there a reason that when you hire a worker, they sometimes they work super slow??

hey, I need help with my simulator, I can get into my game and stuff, but when I hit career and hit my saved game. it will load, then it will get to start, then when you hit start. it says"program stopped" or program closed but yeah. I wanted to see if you knew what was wrong cause laptops are not my thing.

GTA 5 is horrible but GTA San Andreas is way better but GTA 5 was a fail

I know these are old, but this is one thing that makes me want to get current on games. 15 was my first introduction, almost 7 years later. Seeing the mods makes me jealous as the old PS3 has none of that available, and a few bugs. Enjoyed watching!

I've started on the Tunxdorf map, minus the Soil Mod. That's a level of complexity I didn't feel like doing just yet. Even Courseplay seems to have a problem with the fields on that map. I'm going to use grass to square them off a bit.
