Silver did assualt Stingray so badly he was hospitalized though, and helped cover up the crime and frame Kreese which is conspiracy to pervert the course of justice or something? He defintely did some things that could see he remains in prison. Though his wealth and influence probably means he can escape this

I think instead of showing up with a new Dojo, Terry will somehow be part of the committee now (or completely in charge of it) and will be running the event. So he's going to stick it to his enemies by making it harder for them to win.

silver will definitely come back but he's not gonna escape. he's a wealthy business owner and the law doesn't apply to rich people in this country, his lawyers will get him out quick.

If it is Silver, then Kreese might be worried that he'll call the US marshals to send him back to prison, since, Silver resorted to using the cops to get rid of his ex-best friend before.

Or it could be that Kreese saw Tory distracted in one of the team matches and thinks Robby is the cause. If that's the case, then this might be when Kreese sends Kwon to beat up Robby so bad that he can't continue competing in the tournament to get rid of Tory's "weakness".

It's also possible that Kreese now knows about Johnny having a baby with Carmen and thinks that this is the reason his former student wants to erase every mark and memory of him.

Bribery is a more serious crime than you think. I googled it, and bribery gets you up to 4 years in prison or jail in California.

About your question in the end: To me Kreese looks more sad then shocked. I mean both together, but also sad with almost tears in his eyes. So I would guess he looks towards the mat, and sees a badly injured Robby on the floor, after Kwon broke all rules and hurt him with ilegal blows (hits to the neck and throat for example). And in this moment, Kreese realizes he created a monster in Kwon, that Kwon is nothing like Johnny, Dutch, Tommy etc., but a real killer like Chozen was back then. Brandon Horam Lee now stated many times the creators wanted him to be like Chozen, which gives me a hint its possible he isnt the best tournament- but street fighter, he cant obey the rules and gets DQed at some point. And Robby ends in the hospital, Kreese still likes him, he never hated him. And it could be the moment when Tory finally leaves Cobra Kai after Kwon almost kills Robby.

And about Silver: Of course its pure speculation, but I wouldnt be surprised if Silver is the owner of the Iron Dragon team. Some say their two fighters are Axel Kovasevic and Zara Mali, portrayed by real life martial artist Reyna Valandingham, her nickname is "The Female Bruce Lee". Some sources say Axel is the defending Sekai Taikai champion, and it would make sense Silver hires him. And I would not be surprised if the Iron Dragons win the whole thing in the end in totality, means Silver would own Daniel/Johnny but also Daeun/Krees. Maybe the 6'3" (190cm) Axel is the best tournament fighter, even better as Kwon.

I say it's silver who just got showed up as the sponsor of the ST 😮 or it's the moment when kreese realized who killed torys mother 😅 maybe kim said something 🤔 like : even torys mother fought harder.
And I believe right after that we see the pic of kreese talking with Daniel and Johnny! P.s as we saw in pics that Johnny might bring back the original CK, that could be that pic in Barcelona when Johnny was walking away from Daniel because he just told him something like: My son got hurt because of defense miyagi do karate and he bring back CK so he can protect miguel

The two new characters axel and Zara seem like their gonna be dangerous seen as Zara’s actor is a 13 time world karate champion and the character axel I’m pretty sure is the previous seikai taikai winner got a feeling silver will buy iron dragon dojo to compete in the tournament
