great as always..
buying slow in this environment is key.. dont be shy to just nibble.. dont be a hero and go all in.. everyone calls themselves a long term investor. but humans usually seek more instant gratification.. you wont be able to deal with the emotions of the volatility if you go all in.. and might panic sell.. and never return to invest..
this is my first bear market.. im scared, but i also know that this is when the fortunes are made!

Sasha, have you previously looked into previous market bottoms and where fed became less hawkish during that time? I'm long term and buy on the way down but I've noticed a very large amount of people on social media waiting until fed changes their behaviour and claims that will be the bottom. I know you don't think that's the case, but have you previously or will you comment on that thesis? Thanks!
