Been a while but, yiiiikes, this one got LONG! The unfortunate delay between Weekly Roundup videos aside, we've also had a tonne of new stuff arrive in the Mix... bars, cakes, tortillas, drinks, supplements... you name it!

So...3XL 'Weekly' Roundup here for you, folks (strictly speaking, for various reasons, it's more like a *monthly* roundup!) so make sure you're sitting comfortably....ALOT to cover here!! In a nutshell? Whilst we can offer MANY snacks here and introduce new ones very, very regularly, supplement brands? Not so readily. Why? They have to be well presented and branded, we have to like them - and want to use them - personally and trust the owners and the formulas. These products not only have to taste good but *do* good...they have to deliver on promise, and in a way in-keeping with the conscientiousness, care and level of excitement we endeavour to cram into every inch of The Protein Pick and Mix.

Mike Rashid King's Ambrosia Collective ( Go-To: 43:55 ) is quite unlike any other brand in the Mix (up until this point) but leads in with a range of amazingly flavoured Vegan Protein Powders in Planta...a Sprinkle Cupcake Vegan Protein? With real sprinkles?! Yep...we needed in!! Planta is joined by the legendary Nektar support supp and Ritual PM 'Sleep Deep, Rise Renewed' sleep aid (because quality rest is key to recovery, kids!!)...unique look, unique formulas, and very, very cool.

It's that time of year when we look to introduce new supplement brands - not just snacks! - and build some relationships ready for the new year (*gulp* 2020 isnt' far now!!) and we're trying LOADS of new products to ensure their worthiness at the moment...ones that you'll get a kick out of both inside and outside the gym ;-) Watch this space!!

And...that's about it!! Longest video EVER but that's us *nearly* caught up ahead of what sure to be a very, very exciting month! And we didn't even mention the huge Swolesome relaunch!!! Next roundup on that when we get stock back in (it all sold out already!!)
