Quick question, I remember this being on the exam. Around the 10 minute mark, you mentioned of liens. Are specific liens required to be paid before any general liens? And would unpaid income taxes have priority over some specific liens? Also thank you for these videos, really clearing up everything.

buying foreclosure Courthouse step. so I get a title search two weeks before auction and things checkout good, am I good to go? or is there a risk for new liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, utility bills Etc. to accumulate as I'm waiting for the auction? (I've been told people try to slap liens on a property going to foreclosure right before the sale. not sure if there's any weight to that)

Great video!! Isn’t a Vendor Lien the same as a Mechanics Lien? And here in Florida the Vendor Lien is a Voluntary Lien.

I had a question on my exam that asks if there could be a lein put on this persons land or to force a sale due to hospital bills. I don't remember the exact wording but I wasn't sure how to answer the question.

Wouldn't a mechanic's lien be voluntary? You voluntarily sign a contract to say build a pool so that was your decision to take on the debt.
