So many of us have the all or nothing mentality. We have this with many aspects of life, fitness, health, relationships, work etc. But it’s not about perfection. It’s not about ALWAYS BEING on and doing it “right”. It’s about being consistent. Understanding that you will have days & times that you aren’t on point but that’s ok as long as it’s not the norm and you’re CONSISTENT. Watch the video for more on this.
