It's a basic defective plane design issue. Boeing tried, and tried to correct this with software, sadly unsuccessful. The airplane should not have been approved for sale in the first place.

Before update, the software itself need to be certified again. Certification process usually is a long process. Any one whose name is on the line will not just test "edited functional block" and not worry the rest functions might be affected by this change. Any symbol change might have impact on overall software. From a QA, you never trust coder's promise.

The 737 MAX was sold as an upgraded 737, but it's aerodynamics and balance had changed and that created a pitch problems and different flight characteristics, in effect it became a different plane.
The old Boeing company of 30 years ago would have redesigned the whole plane and created a brand new plane.
The problem is big Corporations in America for years have not reinvested into new products, new factories, and skilled labor, if Boeing had done a proper redesign of the 737, they would have done this.
But big money are not reinvesting in the US and we can't afford to do this, so Boeing did a cheap software fix and added MCAS, a computer software fix.
Funny thing is China and Russia are building new factories to build the next generation of new airliners and they are being financed by to do this.
Apparently big international money likes communist China and Russia better than the US. This is just another example of how NWO is phasing out the leadership of US and Western European countries in the NWO
