Universal’s Volcano Bay reopened to the general public June 5, along with Universal Orlando Resort, after a temporary closure due to COVID-19. Keep in mind that no matter what area of Universal Orlando Resort you visit, there are additional health and safety procedures in place. Universal is also limiting capacity at each park to ensure social distancing. Here is a look at the guidelines in place around face coverings in the water park:

~ Face coverings are required in dining locations, bars, merchandise locations and as you exit Volcano Bay.
~ Face coverings are encouraged while walking throughout the park.
~ Face coverings are not allowed when experiencing attractions or pools, for your safety.
