Recover Lost Or Crashed Files - Blender 3 - AutoSave

If Blender Crashed you can find any lost files in the auto Save options.

If you ever get errors opening files in blender try these steps:

1) go to files -> recover -> autosave -> load an autosave from the list.
if this doesn't work then try step 2 which will surely work

2) go to the folder where your 3d file is stored. look for its blend1 extension file. copy it (not cut), and paste in a separate location. rename it to .blend from .blend1 and open it. There may be a warning from windows "file may became unstable" etc. ignore it. Open the file after renaming. If your file is recovered then replace the blend file in the original location with the renamed file and boom you got your work back. blend1 file was built by blender as a backup for your blend file in case blend file gets corrupted.

omg i was literally following a geo nodes tutorial and was at the end but blender just got crashed its been 2-3 min and in frustation i opened youtube and your video apperared on my home page. what a perfect timing !!! even tho i have to make all the stuff again cause i cant find my previous file lol but am surely gonna set it to 1 min or close
