Something cooler, if you jump off somewhere really high and your companion is below you already they will catch you and stop you from taking fall damage shit was crazy to see a 5’0 elf catch a 7 foot giant

There are many ways, springboard, levitate, or a good ole throw haha....if your companion has levitate and they nitcie the latter or hidden area you can hit the go button (up on the d pad on controller) and they will fly up.

Harppy bait works you can also stack boxes kinda don't always work also if you pick someone up and run into the wall Thay will be slammed into it.

If you get the launch board skill, you wont need to throw them, they will gladly jump and take no fall damage.

Or if you give the go command they will go towards the point of interest they've mentioned, especially if you have a mage with levitation.
