Installing and running flutter

Join me while I install and run a flutter application for the first time.

Note, please respond in the comments if the setup instructions are different and I'll make an update.

A basic synopsis of the steps required will be:
1. Checking system requirements
2. Installing using Git (Git must be installed prior)
3. Upgrading the environment path with the flutter environment
4. Running the flutter doctor
5. Installing Android Studio
6. Creating a virtual device using Android Studio
7. Installing the flutter and dart plugins for Android Studio
8. Creating a new flutter project and run the app
