"We should pay attention to what Russia says, not because it's true, but because of what it might herald next."

Britain 'shouldn't be surprised' if it has a 'difficult time' in cyberspace or energy in the coming months, says General Sir Richard Barrons, former Commander Joint Forces Command

Imagine being as powerful as Putin and instead of using that power for good, use it to destroy and cause misery for millions, even your own people.

Putler created this situation he can uncreate it. His troops, his army in someone else's country. The UK will continue to support Ukraine because we have an obligation under the Budapest memorandum and because it is in our national interest to keep Putler in his box.

It's time for the international community under the UN flag to force the issue and defend convoys of grain ships in and out of Odesa. The UN has become a farce.

"Russia blames UK for orchestrating the drone attack on Black Sea Fleet"
"Russia's defence ministry says representatives of a 'British Navy unit' blew up the Nord Stream gas pipelines last month.'
Wow! What's next? "Russia blames UK for Boaty McBoatface scaring penguins in Antarctica?"

Patrols along our pipelines and cables are needed, with clear instructions to destroy any thing like a threat

The West and especially the US must give Ukraine missiles that can hit Russian energy suppliers so they too will feel the hurt of cold and heat deprivation. It's only fair wouldn't you think?
Glory to Ukraine 🇺🇦 🇦🇺

Putin: Well since the war is going really bad against the poorest nation in Europe...what I'll do is pick on the larger nations... The more militarily aggressive ones with nuclear weapons... Yeah that'll work...what could possibly go wrong?

This is an extraordinary observation and I mean this positively. One wonders how any people or culture can live and improve in the absence of, at least a sense of, truth that is more than subjective. It is almost too illuminating in that it leads one to despair for both Russia and mankind!

Why Putin blames the UK is because he won't give Ukraine the credit if they did it.

We need to shore up our own defences. In particular we need to be aware for the potential of fifth column sabotage activity of national infrastructure associated with Energy, Ports and such.
We need massive investment in our anti-drone, air defence capacity and cyberwarfare capacity, we need armed response at such installations. We are at war, whether we realise it or not.

Russia is vulnerable, if strategy changed to damaging Russian infrastructure, which could happen they too will be subject to the same uncertainties. One drone can destroy an oil or gas pipeline.

I love the wonderful people of England. The brave stalwarts fighting for democracy before America got into it. Europe had fallen, and the British people were the only ones capable of defending democracy. Your prodigal sons love and esteem you. Thank you. England, my England, my Avalon, the very seed of Athenian democracy it`s self. Being a retired Merchant Marine sailor, I can only wonder at the fantastic navy that we are so lucky to emulate. Always shoulder to shoulder defending the free world, god bless you.

If you listen to the comments from Russia during this war, its apparent Britain has been living rent free in their heads for some time.

It seems absurd to think that Russia was trying to destroy ships in its own fleet. Of course these drones were Ukrainian and let´s hope they have more of these machines.

Did they strike their own naval base ?? Maybe their weapons are not so accurate 😄

Its not ridiculous to suggest that British helped the Ukranians target Russian ships. Its actually very likely. We are their allies and support them militarily .

There's no downside to getting more involved in this conflict.
