I had the use of a flying spur for 3 days. Didn’t cover much mileage but £150 in petrol used (ten years ago). Hence why you see this things chugging along and not being abused 😂

This is a crazy list of cars for the money. Sure, they'll be ruinous to run, but I reckon ownership plus depreciation for most of these over a year is what, £10k? Maybe £15k worst case? That's maybe double what a boring new £30k car costs for that year. It's a LOT, but if someone really wants to do it, that's not unbearably expensive. It's like taking a business class flight, visiting Goodwood, an F1 race, etc. Realistically all of those are 4-figure expenses, but worth doing once for anyone interested.

Favourite luxury car is a tricky one since I've not experienced many really good ones myself! The GS was actually the most luxurious thing I've been in but there are definitely better ones now. It's probably a latest gen Phantom. I like the tech in the 7 series but those seats don't look anywhere near as comfy...
