For some reason this evokes an old Bob Dylan story. Bob was about 20 years old and about to go off to the Big City (Minneapolis), but he had a sheaf of songs he had written and wanted them in safekeeping. He handed them to his then-girlfriend (he had a lot of girlfriends, but this one was named Echo) and said, "Here, take care of these songs for me. Some day they'll be in the Library of Congress." Then he strode away while Echo stood there with her mouth open.
