As a member of Frontiers Maintenance Training Department, my last function before retirement was to write the initial mechanic familiarization training used by mechanics caring for the Frontier fleet, specifically for this engine. I'm very proud of that.

Frontier cancelled my sisters flight and wont give her a refund. Now we can’t even get ahold of a real person. Just live chat. Nowhere near the same. No personal connection 😡

Frontier! I knew you were sucks, but today you surprised me more.
Around a month ago I bought two tickets RDU-DEN and DEN-RDU, forth and back. There were only two days between the two flights. You canceled my flight RDU - DEN right before the flight. And I couldn't find any alternative options that day. My plans were totally ruined. I asked you to return my money back. But you didn't return it. Then I created a dispute in my bank account and cancelled all transactions. But today my bank told me that you didn't approve that because IT WAS MY DECISION DO NOT FLY BACK! Really? Really? Really? Let me tell you a secret - to fly back means I need to fly forth first. But YOU CANCELLED MY FLIGHT. I can't fly from somewhere if I am not there (I know it is hard for you guys to understand this statement, but try to read it a couple of times).
So, I will do everything possible you don't get my money. Frontier is sucks.

Never again! Y’all trapped us like prisoners on a plane for 3 hours after landing. I’d walk before booking frontier again.
