From what Sabina was saying about those who die in CHRIST being risen to meet JESUS first at His return my understanding is that those believers risen from the grave with believers that were alive at His return will together get new immortal & incorruptible bodies( GOD Will not be using from the mortal & corruptible to make a new one ); also no one will precede anyone else but be caught up together to be with JESUS! Even 'religious' people fight for supremacy. Jesus did not have to fight for supremacy because without God, man amounts to nothing. When God leaves us, we are left with nothing. Even our beautiful buildings and other accomplishments will be devalued. God's presence makes people and places Holy, not our pronouncements and wishes.
