This is wrong in every way shape or form. A referee is being unprofessional to use the internet to contest the decisions of other referees. To disagree with close associates or friends is okay, but when you make yourself 'loud' by using youtube to broadcast your dissent, your local referee committee would be fully justified in giving you a warning or caution for your dissent.
