Week 27 over here, I definitely think staying active has been a huge help, (I try to get a walk in every day, walk the dogs roughly 1-2 miles) but I had some serious back pain kick in🥲 as a first time mom, I don’t think my belly’s very big, but I certainly feel it and am wayyy more out of breath than I would normally be, just with simple things. Biggest love has been my nursing chair and propping myself up in bed with tons of pillows!

I too have a standing desk for my stained glass. However, I can just imagine how different the whole process is while pregnant. Thankfully I’m 53 so it shouldn’t happen for me. I already have two grown girls. It sounds like you are not pushing yourself and it’s good to do whatever is necessary to be comfortable. Take care ❤
