Koyi bhi justice ko victim ko sawal karne ka power ha, mugar justice ko jabab or answer sunne ka time nahi yeah phir explanation sunne ka time nahi toh unko sawal karne ka Adhikar nahi ha, mere hisab se . Consider an example, it is to a victim
Kya aapne kisi ka balatkar kiya ?
Victim:- if he / she said yes / no, yeha se kya conclusion draw kiya jayega! Bataiyega, agar yes toh isse 14 Saal ki jail, agar victim na nahi bola, toh ! Iska reproductive system pe garbar ha, phir case . Yeah us judiciary ka case ha, agar bolta nahi toh case agar bolta ha kya main e pucha ! Phir case .
