Well I can tell you one thing for sure, you can not rely on a fluke voltage tester to indicate wether or not power is there. They will alarm if voltage is in the area never mind a specific cable 😂

Love reading the comments from you young sparks. Yes it's wrong and always was but so was doing 40 in a 30, non of you did that . What he is saying is at least put some red tape on it

It's not identifying them that's the problem.... Problem is using a conductor marked green and yellow for anyone other than CPC / Earth. Your post reads like you would be on if it was covered?
