BTS wasn’t born with a silver spoon. They came from nothing, the tiny, no-name company BigHit Entertainment (founded by singer-songwriter/producer CEO Bang Si-hyuk ”Hitman Bang”, also called Bang PD-nim) which literally was near bankruptcy. Unlike many other big K-artists, BTS didn’t come from any of the so-called ”Big 3” companies. Because of the limited economy, BTS wore cheap but nice, cool clothes and accessories at their debut, and had a small, simple practice room in the basement. Their staff were acting in their MV’s, and instead of renting a car, they used one of their staff’s car to save money. There was no lavish living. They lived together in a cheap, small, simple dorm all 7 boys cramped together sharing one room with bunker beds, one toilet and shower etc. They grew up like a family and did everything together (cooked, ate, did the dishes, laundry, showered, slept, practised, worked out, hung out such as at Han River etc).
In the beginning, they wrote 200 hand-written letters to all their fans because they only had 200 back then..
Also handed out free invitations to passing people on the street begging them to come to their small concert: ”Hi we are BTS, can u Please come to our concert it’s free!”
They’ve slowly worked their way up and literally worked their assess off with blood sweat and tears to get where they are today! Everything they are today is hard-earned and well-deserved. Nothing has come for free which some seem to think.

BTS discography are really versatile
from hiphop to lofi, they experiment with all genre. but for english song they focused on poppy mainstream sound because it's easier to digest with western audience
their b side song are hidden gems

their discography is very diverse and since they have been together since 2013 it also means a lot of great songs, i definitely recommend checking them out more! butter and dynamite are their only english tracks, otherwise they do music in korean (and a little in japanese) with some english mixed in

And if you’re into the arts and philosophy, you need to see Blood, Sweat and Tears. That’s a game changer…
They also have lots of hard hitting songs because they came from hiphop roots, and 3 of them are rappers. Should you be so inclined, have a listen to either IDOL or Mic Drop (MVs, 2018)
But I have a feeling you may like their solo songs (search for Serendipity; Singularity; Epiphany); and their ballads (The Truth Untold, I need You)
Anyway, Huge discography of over 200 songs to choose from.

They do sing in English in their Cover of Coldplay's Fix You as well as some other covers by solo artists, and their song Mic Drop is about 60% English.

This is Bts 2 only all English songs, both went in to Billboard 100 as nr 1. Bts is 3 rappers and 4 vocalist and all dance. The write and produced there songs. The have 4 nr 1 songs at Billboard 100 and 5 nr 1 Albums at Billboard 200. 2 weeks ago the where nominated for 4 Awards at Billboard, the won all 4 and the performed Butter. Bts is the biggest group in the world
