Tearing into the forks of a motorcycle to replace fork seals or fork oil can seem like too big of a job for a lot of people to take on at home. But learning how to replace them yourself will save you tons of time and money over the course of owning your bike. In this video, Charles shows how to properly replace fork seals and oil on KYB PSF 2 forks from a 2015 Honda CRF450R. These forks will also be found on 2015-2016 Honda CRF450R and 2016-2018 Suzuki RMZ250 models.

Rebuilt mine last year for the first time, this video would have been awesome! Rebuilt them again over winter just for the experience. I hate these forks!

Perfect video to help the hands-on rider/mechanic! Any tips on fork alignment when reinstalling? I'm told poor alignment will cause premature wear of the seals.. Great video!

Where do you stick the fork oil level tool in at? Anywhere in the tube? Just as long as it in the tube and you get air out your good and done?

I have the Suzuki version, I cannot find a complete rebuild kit for it, will the Honda rebuild kit work? I assume so, if they are the same fork, but I just want to clarify. Thanks.

on the 2015 crf450 the left side does the comp damping. right side does rebound, so the I'm not sure about the oil fill method being the same. checking manual...says both sides should be at 92mm (3.6") with tube bottomed out. the shop manual has you install the fork back on the bike to pump-eject the air bubbles....(way to slow) so this guy has a faster method.

What size fork seal driver is that? I looked at the RM inventory and the only option for the Tusk seal driver is 46/47mm, I measured my PSF2 and it's 48mm.
