For anyone doing a manual swap on 350z/g35 is really cheap did mine for $800 plus taxes. for everything I recommend going to your local salvage yard. In my case we have one that also has a mechanic there u can find nice low km ones

Ended up doing the swap on my Hawkeye for under $1k. Got most parts from a part out car for $350. Had to buy a clutch and all the bushings and stuff.

If you think about it you dont really need a manual transmission ECU because you are manually shifting the transmission. All the manual ECU is controlling is the engine as long as you shift when you need to I dont see why the auto ECU would have a problem besides not seeing a transmission lol
