True, that's how you get max underarm rotation.

As per me, if I want to swing from the center line, I'll need bend on the left side, so that my neck is like 45degree to vertical. In that case I can hit Exactly at the top. I checked out some pros doing smashes, they also bend quite a bit. If one is not bending, and if you contact at straight above you head, then you need bend your racquet as well. Can't keep racquet completely straight.

If you can't do either of this, and hit a standing smashshot like what she is demonstrating then you need to follow her.
Then you need to hit it slightly on the right side, above your shoulders and not your head.
Coments /corrections are welcome?

Forehand smash - extension pronation after max supination and flexion.. reverse for backhand

i dont agree with this technical point. swinging from the centerline of your body does not cause any slice unless you fail to pronate, which is a normal step in the kinetic flow of energy. swinging from the centerline of the body enables higher racket head velocity and a higher strike point, and, when combined with jumping and/or explosive use of the legs, produces consistent, high-quality attacks (smash, drop, and attacking clear). you can do it your way, but it is wrong to say the unintentional slicing is caused by swinging from the centerline of your body. look at slo-mo of any of the great jump smashers and you'll see what i mean

Or we can twist racquet 10 degree while holding and that can also hit the birdie straight

Won't this cause more stress on elbow after finishing ??

Is going behind your spine correct for, say, the tennis serve? I’m curious

This is definitely wrong. You can still slice with the form in the video if your wrist isn't facing the right angle at contact point. In the first "incorrect" form she only uses elbow, and no forearm pronation. That is just wrong at the most basic level.

At more advanced level every overhead forehand shot should look the same until the contact point, which is hard to achieve when you have been so used to different swings since a beginner.

This is just bad advice. Because the form in the video is not correct

Everything you said is Great. However, why do you call the Shuttle a BALL? Is something lost in Translation? 🤔🏸
