Accountholders who have registered their phone numbers with their SBI account can get the facility to generate SBI ATM PIN.
Send an SMS in the format PIN (XXXX) (YYYY) and send it to 567676.
Here first (XXXX) denotes the last four numbers of the SBI ATM Card and (YYYY) denotes the last four numbers of SBI account number.
Once you have sent the SMS, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number which will be valid for two days. You can use this OTP at the SBI ATM to generate a new SBI ATM PIN.
Steps to Change your SBI ATM PIN Online
SBI account holders can follow the steps mentioned below to change their ATM PIN via their internet banking account:
Step 1: Visit the State Bank of India website and Login to SBI Personal Banking using your login credentials.
Step 2: Click on "personal account" login.
Step 3: Click on "e-services"
Step 5: From the list of options displayed on the left-hand side of the page, choose the "ATM card services".
Step 6: You will now be given three options - Block your ATM card, Activate New ATM card, Generate new ATM PIN. Choose "generate new ATM PIN".
Step 7: Now, Click on "get authorisation PIN".
Step 8: An OTP will now be sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 9: Enter the OTP and click on "submit".
Step 10: If you have multiple SBI accounts, at this point, choose the account you wish to change the ATM PIN for.
Step 11: Once you have chosen the account, click on "continue".
Step 12: Now, select the card you want to change the PIN and click on "submit".
Step 13: Now, enter the first two digits of your new PIN. The other two digits will be sent by SBI via SMS.
Step 14: Once you have received the other two PIN numbers, enter all four digits and click on "submit".
Once that is done with all above steps, State Bank of India will send you a confirmation message that your ATM PIN has been changed.

It is not required for you to change your PIN at the bank branch as you can do the same either at any SBI ATM or through your SBI internet banking account.
Step 1: At the ATM, swipe your SBI debit card and then choose the change PIN option.

Step 3: Then, the bank will then send you an OTP (one-time password), enter the OTP to proceed.
