That's what every society on this planet do to some extent. There are probably bit less conformity in Europe due to free education, although there is no way to measure it, but comparing to majority of world's population Americans are very strong-minded, responsible and independent.

Dude, you have a f'ed up view of the world. I lived in Croatia through the war, now live in Switzerland. The world and the people are mostly good. Is the US THAT different? Now.. ur cops are less teiggwr diszipliniert than Russians in Ukraine..
