TIMESTAMPS:
00:00 Joao Felix to play Sunday? If he’s available he can play, in terms of knowing the way to play probably not ready yet but physically yes
00:45 Servette was the perfect game for Felix for example, he can be a nine and drop in to give us extra men, he can play as an attacking midfielder, outside
01:30 Sent off on last debut? I think he is mature enough and can learn from his mistakes
01:55 Neto ready to start in PL? Last time he played 90 mins was in February and we need to build the physical condition of him and others, another game on Sunday probably too early
02:53 Potentially Joao can be a top player, I’ve known him for many years and working with him I will know him even better, we will help him to improve and help him take a step forward. When he was at benfica he was very young I saw him and he was already scoring goals.
03:55 Plan to play Jorgensen in Europe but plan can change and I judge players on the level
04:30 Challenging week as manager before window closes? I communicate the players I like and don’t like, hopefully we can find solutions for all of them then everyone will be happy, I’m not working with 42 players otherwise it’s impossible for any other manager
05:25 Hopefully they find a solution which is better but if not we will see
05:53 Wolves? Difficult place to go for sure but we will do our best and we can start to get some points
06:21 I judge my starting 11 on how they work every day, if they are bad in training they are not going to play, Chelsea is a demanding club and you need to work hard, it’s about performance
07:43 Will you be happy if Chelsea don’t sign another player? If we sign just to sign, it’s better we don’t, if they will help us then yes otherwise we are happy
08:12 New number nine? I love Marc Guiu! He deserves his chances and he’s working hard, if we have a chance to bring a nine in we will try if not then no worry
08:50 Caicedo leadership? I need to find another one with others not on the pitch! He has respect from his team mates and was captain tonight, I like all of them

From Leicester, I wish him all the best. Comments calling him a yes man, He will take no nonsense from fans, players or the owner. You need to get behind him and the squad and stop crying all the time.

I like him. Reminds me of Jose. Speaks straight forward and demands hardwork, no special favors for anyone

As a Liverpoo fan, i like Maresca. He speaks honestly and open. Players (some) earn huge money, even 70k-100k a week, its a week. Its not a month. Can you imagine earning that a month...????

The normal guy on the street earns £1, 000 - £2, 500 a month.

How thing's spiral out of control, is when you keep giving player's huge salary contracts, again as they hit 30/31/ 32 years old.

Unless, they are Mo Salah, or Allison quality. We should never have let Mane go, his goals were huge contribution.

No one at Chelsea, is that there level. Not even Raheem Stirling, his best day's were at Liverpool, and City. Now, its time to move him on.

Take the message, fresh start.

Every presser makes me like this bloke more and more.
Work hard, you play. If you dont, you wont. Love it.

When Arteta started at Arsenal the media said he was harsh for banning Ozil Auba and the big names from the squad. Now they are praising him for stamping his foot on the squad. Bunch of hypocrites

I'm not q Chealsea fan but I can see this man has a powerful and intelligent way to transmit the correct message to players without being either dogmatic or too passive which could make players lazy. He is what the team needs. Give him time.

PLEASE don't sack this guy. I've had enough of us switching managers, and it affects the players' performance. Let's give this guy some love, move on from the past, and look into the future 🙏🏾💙

This guy keeps it real, a complete contrast with the constant delusions of Eric Ten Hag, for example.

Chelsea are blessed to have this man as a coach ah swear. Imagine the way he's answering the questions as if he wrote them down before the interview. Oh, my gaffer 🙌

I think it's about time the manager puts it on the players and says it how it is . Some will swim and some will sink . Same at every single club that has a manager who knows what he wants and what he doesn't . If maresca is gonna fail at least its clear he isn't just a yes man nice guy manager who can't decide what he wants to do . He has a plan and if he is calling out mudryk who's a board signing and much maligned by fans who hate clearlake and boehly it's clear he isn't a yes man . Difference between poch and maresca is poch loses this game when we play this badly where as we still got the job done in the end while learning the system . Patience is needed but I can undertand fans frustrations

as a city supporter i genuinely feel this manger knows his story and the way chelsea play is ging to improve as long as the players are willing to believe in him and his vision and of course work hard to achieve it

I love his take. Work and keep your space. Mess up and leave.

Win or lose I like a manager that says it like it is. I'm tired of all the coddling of players who clearly don't care as long as their pay check comes in each week whilst fans spend their hard earned money to watch zero effort from them
