Alex Murdaugh’s Lawyer Grills Expert Who Refuted Two Shooters Theory

Alex Murdaugh’s attorney, Jim Griffin, cross-examined the state’s last key witness about his expert opinion on the defense’s theory that two shorter shooters could have been involved in the murders of Maggie and Paul. Dr. Kenneth Kinsey, a crime scene investigator, stood firm in his testimony and offered additional explanations as to why he believes the theory is not sound.

Dr.Kinsey was the best witness I have heard in this trial, honest, professional, and very knowledgeable with all the questions he was asked by the defense Lawyer Mr.Griffin.
However I found it that the defense were drawing at straws, because they were trying really hard to try to change his answers, but he was not giving in.
And by asking how much he was getting paid it was a real cheap shot, I was very surprised how little he was charging compared to the other experts they had on .
He did an amazing job too bad the defense didn’t do a better job on their part.
