That screen size is the best in my opinion, it is so sad that we could not get a pro with a 6.1 screen. I remember de 11 pro with 5.8 screen. ideal

I have the 16 pro and before it was 14 pro but before that was standard 12 and I still have all these phones. When I use that 12 I can’t stand that 60hz I can’t lie it’s super noticeable once you are used to 120 for years now

My take on 60hz coming from an s22 ultra user. Wanna test? Before bed, set your screen to 1080p, set the refresh to, "standard" then go about your day. You'll probably ask yourself, "Why do I still have so much battery?"

In my case, I watch a lot of YouTube and use Instagram, as well as messenger apps. I haven't noticed much in screen, "deprivation, " as in, noticing much at all. This isn't a gaming monitor. It's a phone.

I’m actually happy with 6.3 inch. If only the cameras don’t protrude the phone can be slightly thicker but use a leather or high quality plastic glass fibre on the back, so that it doesn’t crack. And also anti reflective screen and even longer battery life. That would be my dream iPhone.

The 16 seems so small after using a pro max for several years… that new ultramarine blue 16 plus is tempting though.. i think a lot of us are just starved for new colors and form factors. Good video, very well spoken and informative.

the black is always the best thing on the Pro & Pro Max variants, it's their only redeeming factor of appearances due to the other colors usually being quite fugly. And this dates back all the way to the XS & XS Max. And FINALLY, more honesty about that "desert titanium"...

The "lesser" variants always get the better colors, this despite the loss of the red as of last year's iPhone 15 & 15 Plus, which again dates all the way back to the XR. (No, the 5C don't count...) Why Apple insists on such a goofy move, I have no idea. 🤷🏽‍♂️ But that pink one!? That looks incredible, and you mean it's even better in person??? I mean, just about anybody can rock the pink & the blue ("ultramarine") ones.

Thanks for the video JWill. Man, I really wanted to like that desert titanium but when I saw people doing reviews on it and what I really looked like, I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger on it. I'm going to be trading in my 14 plus for the 16 Pro next week and I'm definitely going with the natural titanium 👍

A shame they can't use the android feature Ram Boost to allocate older iPhones memory as Ram so they can meet the Apple Intelligence ram requirements.

I feel like more creators need to call Apple out for still keeping the display locked at 60hz because they're trying to get one over on their customers.

For me at least iPhones in late 2024 are a lazy cash grab. No 60 hertz for $800 is trash then the newer models lose battery health so fast it's a scam. I do understand some like it and that's cool. But i feel like for the price android gives you so much more.
