Hello from South Korea, Tati ! For the sheet mask from Sungboon Editor, you need to wear it AFTER you apply some skincare products such as serums (something with collagen or retinol would be better)! It would not hold on to your skin if it's on bare skin. And I notice that there are some parts that didn't put on your skin properly, especially around your mouth. You should thoroughly stick the sheet to your skin, especially something like gel-type sheet mask, or it falls off pretty easily. Once you put it on nicely, you definitely would love it and use it occasionally like I do !

As someone newly in full menopause I'll say the digestive issues and bloating can start in perimenopause as early as your 30s. Even before the other more common symptoms of hot flashes and mood swings. Something to keep in mind. I started taking hormones last year and it legit saved my life.

Yes on the supplements!! Glasses look great and not cheap. Green velvet looks great on you (as anything else you wear), they kind of make your eyes look a really pretty green and blue.

Before I forget this thought - the face masks that won't stick to the side of your face - have u applied it using the correct side?? I had something similar and it turned out I was applying it backwards. Just a thought. Back to watching ♡♡♡

I have been a die hard user of Green Tea extract or gel caps to combat bloating, cramping and gas. I take it every morning with hot water. (had knee surgery a year ago and had to stop taking this for about 5 days before surgery. OMG, what a difference, I couldn't wait to start taking it again!). Rose
