Nigerian politicians must stop agitating for a system the country started with which did not work. The system of government Nigeria now operate on is what the United State of America with more states have operated for centuries. What Nigerian politicians need is sit up and do the right thing by amending the constitution to reflect how the system supposed to work. It is laughable for Nigeria as a country to be going back and forth with different forms of governments- parliamentary, Miiitary and Federalism. Agitating to go back to parliamentary is failure and embarrassing. The current three tiers of the government, Federal, State and local governments work perfectly and what needs to change is the mindset of the people that run the. Going back to parliamentary system of government would mean rearranging the country which will involved high cost, chaos and geopolitical zones conflicts. it just does make sense the different types of government Nigeria has gone through after 64 years of independence, the country still operating on trial and error systems of government instead of perfecting what the country has now. Change your mindset and with open minds and transparency the country will succeed.
