study with me | study tips for college

Every year around this time, I receive numerous requests for study tips. I'm not entirely sure why, as I definitely don't possess all the answers. However, I do recall a few years back when I wished I could observe someone older than me studying so that I could craft my own strategies. Now, on the brink of graduating from college, I've realized that I've learned more than just academic content over the past four years, and I'm eager to share my insights!

One of the most transformative techniques I recommend is my "study tracker technique." It revolutionized my study habits during my freshman year, and I've had numerous peers tell me it worked wonders for them too. I delve into the specifics of this method in the video.

Beyond that, this video primarily serves as a "study with me" session rather than a prescriptive guide on how to study. One key takeaway from my college years is that effective study techniques vary significantly from one person to another. It's funny when, in my advanced classes, my friends share their study methods and then quickly suggest alternative strategies, acknowledging our varied preferred techniques “I used this method for the test, but given the way I know you learn best, this other technique might be better for you.“ hahaha
