THE MORE people we can get shouting that "BANK RUNS STARTING SOON" is going to happen the more we can put fear into the herd to increase the chance of it happening. There was plenty of toilet paper until the general herd mentality started panicking that there wouldn't be enough. Suddenly the shelves in all stores were empty in a big way.
