I’m sorry but this video literally healed me from the hopelessness that the Holiness Movement propagates. My mental health was on the edge because my salvation was now in my hands and not Christs finished work on the cross.

I had gone down a rabbit hole listening to a whole lot of Holiness Movement Testimonies. Although I agree with some of their teachings, I can’t be my own Christ.

Right at the end, before the scriptures, you mentioned an aspect of the holiness movement, ‘…the holiness movement do not believe in the original sin of man…that sin is in the dna of man.’.

I was raised in the pilgrim holiness movement, and do not recognize this kind of teaching. We were always taught that we are all born sinners and the fallacy of the neutrality/positivity of man. I’m looking for some information on it and can’t seem to quite find a match…:\

It is heresy as it does away with the imputed righteousness of Jesus Christ, makes imputed righteousness to go away, so no eternal justification to be had. We are called with a holy calling, and holy vessels unto the Lord.

It's so sad that so many don't know about this second blessing holiness/sanctification, it is such a blessing! Many believers have chosen the low road of carnal Christianity, but there is a Highway of Holiness where you can walk with Jesus! He commands us to be holy like Him and without holiness no man will see the Lord.

Progressive sanctification is from the holiness movement, its actually their main belief. The narrator also has the basic belief of the holiness movement? This is why we need more Jesus and less religion and less talk and more bible

We don't put holiness above grace but with grace comes holiness and not one christian is perfect but when we go home we will be made perfect upon entering heaven not while we are still in earthen vessels

Holiness preachers love bashing grace when the bible is clear it says we are saved through faith by grace not of works. Ephesians 2:9. And holiness preachers love quoting this one Scripture work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

The Holiness movement is works base Salvation. Anyone who teaches that need you to work to either keep or obtain Salvation Is a false teacher. The common theme with false teachers is that they teach works based Salvation is a big give away. If want to know if someone is truly a born again bible believing Christian ask the person: "how to do you get to Heaven? "and then you know base on what they believe.
