The first Birdman trailer was a poorly edited mess filled with quick cuts and out of context lines from the movie. Probably deserves a spot on this list.

The Star Wars teaser was really effective in 1976, no one had seen anything like that before and the voice over was pure genius

For me, it was Big Hero 6. I had -90% interest in the movie based on the trailers but when I finally saw the movie with some friends, I was like "Holy crap, this movie is intense!"

I hated the ending for Cabin In The Woods. Everything else was amazing, it was just the ending I didn't like that
