Kudos for keeping at this story. I suggest that if/when the law kicks in, Channel 11 continue to monitor V tolls vs how many people are gone after for unpaid tolls. This ease in enforcement was the ONLY reason the Turnpike agreed to the introduction of the bill...or so it seems....how come they get to influence the law and citizens get deaf ears? 10 to 1 the Turnpike will continue to shortchange honest drivers plus aggressively go after unpaid tolls...Stay on it Channel 11!
False overcharges need to be retroactively paid on all years.
