Canada’s newest Prime Minister, Mark Carney, has stated goals. What are they and what can we expect?

I will miss the Carbon Tax Rebate, yet I understand why his politics requires winning the next election, and this is what is needed to cut the PP ‘axe the tax’.

I don't think his going to do much as a former banker, the bankers have benefited a great deal as mortgages are longer to pay off due to the average house prices, the average salary will be kept low, unless he comes with an innovation of building cheaper houses for the poor. I don't see that happening
