Everyone's keep talking about incest, but in this scene it's quiet the opposite. Andrew is completely emotionally drain, he burns every bridges (again) and have to cope up with the fact that this is probably gonna be his life now with his sister (again). The kiss on the cheek was probably to remind himself or rather to convince himself that he's doing all this because he still love his sister, but his actions after shows the complete opposite of what he actually feels, that he's actually starting to hate her calling her a "dumb bitch" and even started showing aggression towards her.

From my perspective, people put too much hope in Andrew...honestly, at the end of all of this, I don't see any "happy ending" where Andrew gets over the traumatic experiences his sister put him through and moves on with his life. life away from her control. Same case with Ashley.
I don't see any ending with one alive and the other dead, detained or something like that. The two depend so much on each other that if something were to happen to the other, the one left would commit suicide.

P.S; In the vision where Andrew cuts Ashley's throat (if the gun was out of bullets) just before doing so, Andrew says something like "I'll see you in a moment", clearly referring to the fact that after killing her, he would commit suicide.
