I think Real Madrid 2011/2012 had a great season. Like they got underrated due to not winning ucl otherwise they might have been considered better than the 3 peat side.

Chelsea 2007 could be on this list imo, they were actually in the hunt for a quadruple up until about may, but they fell off in the final weeks of the pl season and lost the ucl semis but still ended up with both cups

Don't know if its a great team but PSV 04/05. Doing the double while acumilating the second highest points tally in the erdivisie at the time. They had the same points in the group stage as Arsenal then they beat the runners up monaco then prime lyon and they missed out on the extra time only by 91st minute goal by Ac milan in the semis
