OK, maybe not THIS road, but we humans been through a lot over the years. And when we come out on the other side of the challenges it’s because we found ways to work together. Together. Together. Together.
I’m grateful for the technology that’s currently available to help us all stay connected. I’m grateful for the people who are showing some real leadership these days. I’m grateful for everyone who’s taking all possible measures to isolate. I’m grateful for WEAA - particularly the Today with Dr. Kaye and For The Culture shows - here in Baltimore for working tirelessly to keep us informed and uplifted.
And I’m BEYOND GRATEFUL for Claudia. She is my constant inspiration.
This is a song I wrote several years ago. It didn’t have much of a chorus so we wrote one to give us something to sing....together.

I discovered DZ when my (now) teen was a wee toddler still in a stroller! We would listen on our way to his Grand's on the Wash. D.C. subway and he'd always dance to "Catch That Train"... or as he called it "Tain sang, momma!" (translation, "Play the train song please!"). Now a days we live in the Seattle area & he's a full grown 15 yo. Rediscovering this channel brings back precious memories and good feels as well as a reminder of just how soothing your music is to my heart. Subbed and bell'd! I can honestly say you have stan for life in me.

I saw two or three of your concerts when I was a kid, my brother and I were huge fans (as much as a 7 year old can be a huge fan of something). I’m so happy I found your youtube channel, I can honestly say you’re one of the people I look up to the most, keep it up!
