1.28m annual income would still feel tight for a 6m apartment imo. Its roughly 4.7x salary. Purchase price of 5x salary is probably on the highest end anyone would ever want to go. I think roughly 3x is much more comfortable.

Love this man I actually have been doing the same house ''window shopping'' with a finance background. I think what also needs to be said is that most of the sales in NYC is full cash, this is because most of the high net worth individuals who purchase these properties do this trough subsidiaries and take out different loans instead of the traditional mortage, they also get better interest rates if they do take out some sort of mortage with their bank, and finally there is also a lot of shenanigans involved in how some of these properties are financed. It's super interesting to shed light on all those parts of purchasing such an expensive house.

Is this a good time to buy stocks/crypto in the Europe? I know everyone is saying stocks are at a discount and all, but just how long will It take for us to recover, obviously there are strategies to manoeuvre in this present market but these strategies doesn't come common to the average folk, or am I better off putting my money elsewhere.

I thought the cinematography for this was great. If you'd told me that a videographer had done the scanning shots, I'd have believed you. If you can't find one, you could probably work around the vlog-like elements by doing more voiceovers and stable shots.
