I think the reason that this is different from situations like Dream’s is because Shelby never even mentioned his name. While in other situations like Dream’s, the people were immediately pointing out Dream, were immediately going after him and it kind of came off as clout chasing. Shelby I don’t think was really looking for attention and just wanted to warn others about abusive relationships.
P.S. I am not a Dream fan or anything, it was just the first situation I could think of 😭

I think what was worst about his apology was his lack of taking responsibility and how self-centred it was. There was no accountability for his actions, just “I’ve been working on myself and I’m a better person now, honest!”. It just feels disingenuous and is honestly insulting to his audience and the victim.

I loved soot house and didn't know that he continued solo on another channel.
I do believe that the whole group dynamic was incredibly.
After they left without saying anything, I had no hope for them returning and I am not sure if they would still want to work together.
It's just sad that such a funny channel is gone, but I have accepted it.

You failed to mention probably the worst story from his friends. It’s when he was with technoblade at an orchard and “jokingly” threw an apple at him and “accidentally” hit his bad arm that he just got surgery on due to his cancer.
