Tip of the day: Make sure to have a go-to list of suppliers for your different items, also include rough prices and lead times for products. This can mean that when you step away you can still let whoever is in-charge deal with that element of the business which frees up your time. Time is money! Go find those better deals!

Great video, I noticed in the final room that use were in there is a socket outlet relatively close to pipework. Regulation 528.3.2 of BS7671 states that where a wiring system is routed below services liable to cause condensation (such as water, steam or gas services), precautions shall be taken to protect the wiring system from deleterious effects.
