Descendants 3 NIGHT FALLS Top 10 Things You MISSED! 🍎 w/ Mal,Audrey,Uma,Evie,Jay,Carlos & More 🍎

The third "Descendants" movie has finally dropped. Its soundtrack is full of bops and one of our favorite is "Night Falls." The Villain Kids (or "VKs") face off against Uma once more. If you remember Uma, she's the daughter of Ursula and was the main antagonist in "Descendants 2". It looks like she has a bone to pick again! The music video is a great look at this scene. The video is also chock-full of the Easter eggs that fans have come to expect from Disney.

Number 10. The VKs aren't the only ones who are scared.
Dude was the talking dog from "Descendants 2." He makes a cameo appearance in the music video. Poor thing looks as terrified as the VKs do!

Number 9. There's a Harry Potter reference.
The climax of the first "Harry Potter" movie features a battle against a magic chess set. All of the pieces can move. The opening of "Night Falls" shows a bunch of knights that can all dance. They're magic, too. J.K. Rowling must be proud!

Number 8. Can you speak Latin?
Look above Uma's shoulders at the beginning of the video. There is a Latin phrase printed on the wall. A very rough translation says it means something like "and the honor of the kingdom as he measured the breadth of learning it." Auradon really takes its learning seriously!

Number 7. A tale as old as time...
The showdown takes place in a room full of stained glass windows. The animated version of "Beauty and the Beast" opens with a recap of its story told in panes of stained glass.

Number 6. Who's really in control?
At first it seems like Uma's in charge of all the dancing knights. Then she and her crew start fighting the knights as well. What's going on? The video cuts to Audrey holding a magic staff and looking pretty evil. She's the one that has enchanted all the knights. Of course, if you've seen Descendants 3 before watching the music video, you already knew that.

Number 5. Some serious gymnastics are going on.
Mal and Uma have their own private battle with two knights off in the corner of the room. They are almost victorious. Mal dodges a blow by actually flipping over the back of one of the knights. That's some impressive stamina, and definitely my favorite move in the whole music video!

Number 4. Nice outfit, Carlos!
Carlos holds his own during the battle. It's almost as if he knew the fight was going to happen. He always dresses in black, white, and red, and his armor is no exception.

Number 3. It's time to hang ten.
Carlos almost stumbles until he gets a shield. He uses the shield as a surfboard to slide under the knights and make it to safety. This is consistent with his character always finding creative solutions to unexpected situations!

Number 2. Watch the weather!
Mal uses her powers to take control of the knights. She zaps them with lightning. Lightning is supercharged when it hits metal so the knights must really hurt!

Number 1. Dance parties are always really fun.
At the end of the video the VKs are victorious. They show off some dance moves and the knights mirror them. Then everybody starts dancing together and having a great time - even the knights.

For #5 you forgot to mention MAL does the spilts. It’s kind of a gymnastics move. She does it while she is fighting a night and right before Uma helps her stand up.
