The shark you showed was a sand tiger, not a true tiger shark. Sand tigers are relatively harmless since their diets are almost exclusively fish and they’re much smaller than true tigers (only about 12 feet to a tigers 15-18). But it’s always horrible hearing about shark attacks, especially when they are caught and the victim is still inside.

I saw the raw video on Reddit when it first happened and yeah it’s the worst shark attack I’ve seen filmed. Not only is he yelling for his dad to save him but you actually see the shark devouring him and flipping his body around like a toy. It’s awful.

They were Russian and his parents did not want him to be enlisted to fight Ukraine so he left to Egypt with his father to live a better life. His screams are haunting . A grown man crying for his dad just gets to you

I looked it up. Essentially there's a shot of a sea from a distance and a woman in the background is saying "oh my god", you can also hear the dude desperately yelling for help and the father yelling back in horror. The dude gets swung upside down with his legs up and the water around him becomes bloody. It's not a particularly great watch, but i didn't see any hardcore gore either.

To late for me i sat there repeating the full clip multiple times 😶 the closest you will get to seeing an actual shark attack on video. The most horrible part is that the father later took his own life because of this.
